Determining meanings using context clues, synonyms, antonyms, and idiomatic expressions.

Inferential Thinking

Reading between the lines, drawing conclusions, predicting outcomes, and character intentions.

Critical Reading

Comparing concepts, distinguishing facts from opinions, evaluating arguments, and detecting bias.

Literary Appreciation

Understanding fables, short fiction extracts, poetry imagery, dialogues, and thematic developments.
